I went to my first Zen Yoga class ever tonight. It was an amazing experience at Go With the Flow Yoga studio in Ludlow, VT. The instructor Tara was extremely supportive and encouraging as we learned what it meant to practice Zen Yoga. I am so excited to begin my journey back to practice yoga in all forms and Go With the Flow has captivated my interest for sure!
