Great no frills tacos burritos and nachos. It's more of American style and not all the ingredients are fresh but it's pretty darn good.
Very lousy Mexican. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on our way back from hiking in the adirondacks. We were starving and just about anything would have tasted good...except this. Despite the flies buzzing around, we ordered and got a chicken and beef burrito. Our expectations were high as we began eating. Neither had any taste and was made using canned vegetables. The canned vegetables had not been drained and our burritos were soggy and poured water out when we picked them up. Chipotle makes much better Mexican food in my opinion. And it's not cheap either. They only accept cash, and two small burritos cost $17. I would put the quality of tacos tacos on the same level as Taco Bell... except what would cost 3 dollars at Taco Bell will cost you 8-10 here. Spend your money somewhere else. My wife summed it up well by saying the best part of the meal was the cup of tap water.

Tacos Tacos is an amazing place to eat! The atmosphere is outstanding!!! When you walk in, you feel like your have been there many, many times before & it could be your first time..... Everything about Tacos Tacos is something you should not miss when you go through Ludlow!!!!
I honestly don't understand the positive reviews? It really wasn't good. I got nachos with stale chips and obviously store bought nacho cheese. The chicken taco had no flavor. The beef taco also had little flavor.
